FOREIGNER brought us back in time with a night full of classic Rock!
Led by founding member and guitarist/keyboardist Mick Jones, classic rockers FOREIGNER brought us back in time with a performance full of memorable hits. Everyone in attendance at the Xfinity Theatre in Hartford, CT was singing in unison to such mega hits as “Cold as Ice”, “Urgent” and “Jukebox Hero.” The highlight of their performance came in the form of a group of singing teenagers. The choir group from Redding, CT’s Joel Barlow High School won a contest from a local radio station, which allowed them to hop onstage with the legendary band to sing backup vocals to their monster hit “I Wanna Know What Love Is.” At the end of the song, one teenager named Kevin Mora (who was filming the experience with a GoPro camera) approached bassist Jeff Pilson and “went to town” strumming his bass guitar, to the amazement and approval of all. I am sure this was an experience he will never forget! Watch part of the action on the video below: It was such a great night at the Xfinity Theatre. Here are the photos to prove it. As always, like, share, and enjoy!Tags: foreigner, jeff pilson, mick jones, xfinity theatre
